While baking has been my passion for a long time, Sweet Eloise was established in 2018.  As a full time working mom, finding time to pursue my dream has been... we’ll say, a challenge! Last year I was inspired to take the first step and decided to perfect my cookie recipes.  If I am going to put my name on a cookie, it needs to be the best cookie anyone has ever tried! With an intense lineup of experiments, I had the best test group a girl could ask for.  Every detail made a difference.  It’s not just the quantity of ingredients, but the quality, the temperature, the way each is measured and prepared, brands of ingredients, types of flour, the order in which they are integrated to the batter... I’m a scientist at heart!  As a mom and a leader, there is nothing more important than taking care of the people around me.  Sharing a gift you have with others can bring unimaginable happiness and inspire others to do the same.  
The last year has been quite the adventure getting my business together, my house in order, and my head in the right space.  I am still a work in progress, and so is my business! Everything continues to evolve as I experiment and figure out how to best support the people who are invested in supporting me.  
My goal is to keep quality high, cost affordable, and my business small.  My number one will always be my family, and as long as my business supports the balance in my life, I will continue to innovate and make Sweet Eloise better each day.

BUT YOUR NAME IS JESSI... WHO IS ELOISE?

Eloise was a nickname I adopted (not so willingly) as an adaptation of my maiden name, Loiselle.  Over time the name grew on me, and so did all of the people who knew me as Eloise! It became a part of my identity in such a way that it would become our daughters middle name, passing a piece of me to her.
